Carron Energy Limited manages the commercial activities of the Welsh Power Group Limited. It undertakes all business development and merger and acquisition activity.
Under its Commercial Director, Carron Energy Limited is responsible for all trading and commodity procurement activity including but not limited to electricity, coal, carbon, gas and gas oil. These complex risks are managed by a centralised team of highly experienced individuals, who work closely with the markets, our supply business and the operational division of Uskmouth Power, to optimise the value created by the business.
Carron Energy Limited is responsible for all hedging and joint venture activities on behalf of the group and the front line development of new build power plants.
